Pet urine and odour treatment that deals with the source

Pet accidents soak down past the surface, so a normal clean often isn’t enough. We treat the affected areas with a dedicated urine treatment that breaks down the residue causing the smell, then rinse it out.

How we do it

The same careful process on every job, with the same truck-mounted equipment.

  1. 1

    Find the affected areas

We check where accidents have happened, including the spots you might not know about.

  2. 2

    Apply urine treatment

A dedicated treatment goes into the carpet to break down the urine salts and odour-causing residue.

  3. 3

    Give it time to work

The treatment needs a little time to break the residue down properly.

  4. 4

    Rinse and extract

Hot water extraction flushes the residue out of the carpet.

Good for

  • Dog and cat urine
  • Older odours that come back on humid days
  • Rentals after pets have moved out
  • Homes with puppies or older pets

Good to know

  • Fresh accidents respond best. If you can, blot up as much as possible and call us soon.
  • When urine has soaked through to the underlay over a long time, cleaning can greatly reduce the smell but replacing that section of underlay may be the only full fix. We'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
  • Our products are safe for children and pets once the carpet is dry.

Questions about pet urine and odour treatment

Will the smell be completely gone?
