Tile, grout and vinyl cleaning that brings the grout lines back
Mopping cleans the surface of the tile but pushes dirty water into the grout. We use a tile and grout cleaner with hot water and extraction to lift the grime out and leave the floor properly clean.

A professional cleaner loosens built-up grime and grease.

Agitate the grout lines
Grout lines are worked to release the dirt sitting in them.

Hot water rinses the floor and the dirty water is extracted, not left behind.

Good to know
- Grout colour can often be lifted a long way, but grout that is cracked or permanently stained may need regrouting.
- Natural stone needs different care. Let us know if your floor is stone so we can advise you first.

Will my grout look new?
Often it comes up much lighter. Grout that is damaged or permanently stained won't look new, and we'll tell you that up front.
Do you clean vinyl floors?
Yes. Vinyl floors clean up well with the same hot water and extraction method.
