How do you handle workshop grime walked into carpet?
Oily or greasy soil from a yard or workshop is heavier than everyday dust. I pre-spray, use CRB agitation where the soiling is heavy, then rinse and extract with hot water from a Hydramaster Boxxer 318 truck-mount. Very old grease paths may lighten rather than disappear, and I’ll say so when I see them. See hot water extraction for the process.
Between cleans, a good walk-off mat at each entrance and quick blotting of staffroom spills help the carpet last. Blot rather than rub, and skip strong household products that can leave a sticky residue which attracts more dirt.
When can the work be done?
Jobs run Monday to Saturday. For a business, a Saturday clean is often easiest because the office is quiet. Tell me your opening times and I’ll plan around them.

What access do I need?
Parking near an entrance and an outside tap. The hoses reach roughly 45 m from the van. Commercial sites usually have good parking, but check that a loading area or customer parking near the door can be kept free.
