How does a quote work for a Papanui or Bishopdale home?
For a standard clean, I only need two things: the address and the number of rooms. If there are stains, pet areas, upholstery or anything unusual, add a few photos. Your price is confirmed before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the day.
The area between Northlands and Bishopdale Mall has a real mix of homes: weatherboard and brick bungalows, units and flats, and newer townhouses. Knowing the layout up front, such as stairs or a long hallway, helps me quote accurately.
What affects the price?
- How many rooms, hallways and stairs need doing.
- How soiled the carpet is. Heavy soiling may need CRB agitation.
- Stains, pet urine or other spot treatment.
- Extras like couches, mattresses, rugs or tiles.
As a rough guide, published Christchurch prices for a 3-bedroom home with a lounge run from about $150 to $250 including GST (checked October 2026). Your price is confirmed before work starts.
What’s included in a standard clean?
Pre-spray of traffic lanes and marks, a hot water rinse and extraction with a Hydramaster Boxxer 318 truck-mount, grooming where needed, and air movers to help drying. Selling or renting out a home in the area?

Can I add the couch or mattresses?
Yes. Fabric couches, armchairs, headboards and mattresses can be done on the same visit. Send photos and I’ll add them to the quote. See upholstery cleaning.
What do I need for access?
Parking near an entrance and an outside tap. The hoses reach roughly 45 m from the van, which suits most homes and units here. For rear units on a shared driveway, let me know so I can plan where to park.

Casebrook, Northcote, Redwood, Strowan, Harewood, Bryndwr, St Albans and Merivale, plus the rest of Christchurch and out to Kaiapoi and Rangiora.

Can you do a site visit instead of photos?
For bigger jobs, yes. For a standard clean, a text with the address and number of rooms is usually enough.

How quickly will you reply?
